myofficehub server is on Dell PowerEdge Hexa-Core a lightning-fast processor, with uptime of 99.9%. This dedicated Server is hosted with a service provider providing high-end security to keep hackers, worms and other cyber- threats from gaining access to our server. Our external hardware firewall establishes end-to-end encrypted VPN tunnels to securely connect server users and to provide a greater level of security & increased performance than the usual software firewall. myofficehub server is placed behind the Cisco ASA 5505 Hardware Firewall. Cisco ASA 5505 Firewall offers the latest security technology from cisco, providing intelligent threat defence and highly secure communications.

Secured Access

myofficehub server is secured with SSL (https://myofficehub.com). SSL is an acronym for Secure Sockets Layer. SSL provides a secure connection, allowing you to transmit private data online. SSL Public Key 2048 bits allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely. Website secured with SSL display a padlock in the browsers URL. This tells the server to establish a secure connection with the browser. Once a secure connection is established, all web traffic between the web server and the web browser is secured.

Hosting services in five Data Hubs around the globe with primary services hosted in Sydney, Australia and redundant infrastructure services in other locations. Each data Hub operates N+1 across all critical infrastructure with regular testing and maintenance.

Fault-tolerance Product

When a client encounters any issues with the application, our support team will receive an automated email alert and the system will redirect to the custom error page. Our team will then resolve the issues within the KPI. Our products error tolerance rate is between 3% and 5%.

Disaster Backup

myofficehub server data is protected against losses due to accidents or natural disasters. Full backup of the server data is taken daily and stored in a separate backup server. Our DNS servers are constantly replicated around the world within seconds. If the Primary DNS fails, automatically all the packets are sent to the Secondary DNS.
