What do we have to pay?

What is the normal turnaround time for customisation?

If we are developing from scratch, well it will depend on the requirements. If it is customising an existing app we have, then generally it can take between one to four weeks.

How do you offer training & support?

We offer self-service online training material, which can be accessed anytime & anywhere. Hence staff can be trained even in the comfort of their home.

We offer chat & email support. Chat support when open answers your queries instantly. Email queries are answered within one business day.

Can you integrate with my accounting package?

Yes. We offer integration with accounting packages. However it is dependent on the software that you use. You can provide us with its name & version so that we can check on the possibilities.

After a few months, can we do more customisation?

Yes. We’ll provide a new quote for the new requirement.

The customisation that you carried out for us is needed for another company of ours. Will you charge for more customisation?

No. We don’t charge for the same customisation.
